i have no job.

pretty lame i know. but i'm looking.

i've applied at a few different places:
*pier 1- sounds like a lot of fun. there was this cute little gay assistant manager. i wouldn't mind working there in the slightest. i've always wanted a gay job haha. but honestly i do, i didn't like having to surpress my sexuality at my old job. it was just irritating because i'd forget then i'd be dreadfully reminded when someone made a stupid comment that i wasn't out. being forced back into the closet is just tacky and depressing.

*goodwill- the possibilites are endless! getting my hands on the new shit the day it comes in, before it hits the store! omg! and a discount too! i'd love to have this job. when i was interviewed the chick interviewing me told me that she thought it was really good that i had management experience because they were looking for an assistant manager. that's always promising. i need something better than minimum wage. pier 1 told me the same as far as assistant manager things. who though quiznos would actually help me out??

*bed, bath, & beyond- i dunno. that place is big. the guy that interviewed me intimidate me a little. i haven't felt intimidated at an interview in a while. it was weird.

*stater bros- fuck that place. really. my brother works there and he likes it, but out of all of the interviews i've had lately that one was the most.... annoying. the guy treated me like i was a child. i heard from my brother that he was a new manager. i believe it, the guy was a douche. i dunno, if i had to work under him, have him as my manager, i think i'd rather just not have a job.

*city bagelry- i thought i had it but the guy never called me back. damn i really wanted to sell bagels and make smoothies for a pay check. that woulda been so down.

*barnes & noble- okay i swear they made it sound like i had the job. i called them back twice and they didn't call me back. i wish i had that job. man. working in a bookstore haha

as you can see my ventures into finding a job haven't been terribly succesful but i've got a little bit of a promise. i just keep applying, everyday if possible. someone will call me back eventually...

right?

....

.........

............... RIGHT!?
